Married: Mallory & Eric's Lake Okoboji Wedding

When we first met Mallory and Eric, we had a feeling it was going to be a match made in heaven.  Mallory has a smile that just doesn't quit and Eric's laugh is 100% contagious...just when we thought they'd be "fun" to work with, they told us there'd be roller coasters, boats, and roller skates. Ante: upped.  Mallory and Eric met in college at Iowa State and, as they soon figured out, their families had summer cabins very near each other in Lake Okoboji.  When it came time to choose a wedding location, Lake Okoboji seemed like the natural choice.

The day started with amazing potato donuts a trip to Arnold's Park with the wedding party--roller coaster rides for everyone! After a beautiful lakeside ceremony, the wedding party enjoyed a celebratory boat ride to the reception at The Majestic Pavillion--an old roller skating rink that Mallory & Eric's parents had grown up attending.  

It was a wedding unlike anything we've ever seen! Mallory and Eric were up for anything and we loved the challenge of shooting on roller coasters, boats, and roller skates.
