When our friend (and fellow photographer) Megan Norman told us she was pregnant and, in the same breath, asked us if we’d document their new life as a family of four, I was doubly excited.  Megan and Tom were already parents to Olive, an energetic and lovable 2 year old, so it was exciting to hear she’d soon be a big sister.  On March 21, they welcomed Theodore Thomas, “Teddy”, into their family and just a few mornings later Eli and I showed up at their doorstep with cameras, coffees, and doughnnies.  One of our favorite things is to photograph families in their natural state, just as they are.  I love that Megan knows this and I’m so grateful that she and Tom trusted us to document this stage in their lives.
